After many requests from mum's at our monthly playgroups, we have decided to launch
our first dad's playgroup in Beaconsfield starting Sunday 12th November at 10.30-12pm.
The idea behind the playgroup is two-fold
To allow dad's to spend quality time with their children and to meet other male carers.
To give mum's a few quality hours to themselves.
Both of which make the bond with your children even stronger.
The playgroup will have a dedicated baby area with age specific toys and padded floor area. There will also be a dedicated area for role play, cars and trains, puzzles, a small active area for toddlers to climb and slide and an arts and crafts table aimed at the older children.
For the dad's we will be on hand to make hot drinks and breakfast baps to keep the daddies fuelled, along with fruit and snacks for the little ones.
We request that everyone signs up in advance, so we can manage entry numbers. The playgroup will be held at St Michael & All Angel's Church Hall, Grenfell Road, HP9 2BP. There is free parking on-site and along Grenfell Road.
Sign up is free, however if you would like to make a donation upon entry, we would be most grateful. Any monies raised will pay for the hire of the hall, costs to run the event with any surplus towards our Bundles of Kindness project.
